Ross O’Hare BHSI / BHS Assessor

My name is Ross O’Hare and I am a BHSI and a BHS Assessor based in Dunbyrne Equestrian in Kildare. I have a passion for training clients towards their BHS assessments and I love helping people get started on their British Horse Society journey.

My BHS Journey began at a young age when I started as a working pupil after finishing school. Achieving my BHS qualifications allowed me to travel the world with horses. My career has taken me from working as a pupil for Christopher Bartle in the eventing world, to working with showjumping teams in Indonesia to discovering my passion for dressage in Chile.

At my base in Dunbyrne Stud I produce and ride sport horses and stallions. I work as a BHS assessor for the British Horse Society. I provide training for pupils either as a group or individually, onsite or offsite towards BHS exams from Stage 1 right up to Stage 5. My in depth knowledge of the BHS Pathways and the assessments allows me to professionally prepare pupils of all ages for taking their BHS assessments.
